Before your appointment, we ask that you take rough measurements of your space and a few photos to help your designer better understand your layout. While we will confirm all measurements and specifications prior to ordering, this initial preparation ensures your first showroom visit is productive and focused.

During this stage, we’ll also discuss your design inspiration and general budget range. Our goal isn’t to “spend your budget,” but to recommend products and solutions that align with your vision while staying within a comfortable investment range.

Step 3: In-Showroom Consultation

Meet one-on-one with an expert kitchen and bath designer at our Boston showroom to review your project goals, layout, style preferences, and budget considerations. During your visit, we’ll walk you through our showroom displays and introduce you to the latest cabinet styles, finishes, hardware, and innovative storage features available for your new space.

Together, we’ll explore materials, compare options side by side, and discuss how each selection impacts both design and function. This consultation sets the direction for your custom kitchen or bath design, and gives you a clear understanding of what’s next as we begin developing your remodeling plan.

Step 4: Review & Refine Your Design

Return to our Boston showroom to see your custom kitchen or bath design come to life. During this appointment, your designer will walk you through every detail of your new space—from layout and cabinetry to finishes, hardware, storage features, and overall functionality.

You’ll experience your kitchen or bath design in 3D, explore materials and samples in person, and see how each selection works together to create a cohesive, beautiful result. We’ll also review your preliminary materials estimate in detail so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your investment.

If adjustments are needed, we’ll incorporate one complimentary design revision to fine-tune your project. Our structured process keeps things moving efficiently while ensuring your kitchen or bath design feels exactly right.

Once everything is finalized, we’ll schedule your in-home measure and move one step closer to bringing your new space to life.

Step 5: In-Home Measure & Project Scope Confirmation

After your kitchen or bath design is finalized, your designer and a construction estimator will visit your home to take precise measurements and confirm all site conditions. This step ensures your kitchen or bath renovation is based on accurate dimensions and a clearly defined construction scope.

During this visit, we’ll review layout details, verify structural considerations, and address any on-site questions. The information gathered allows us to prepare a detailed labor proposal and finalize the full scope of work with clarity and precision.

Once complete, we’ll email you your comprehensive construction proposal and invite you back to the showroom to review it together, answer any remaining questions, and confirm the next steps.

Step 6: Finalize & Begin Your Kitchen or Bath Remodel

Return to our Boston showroom to review your final construction proposal and celebrate the last step before your transformation begins. During this appointment, we’ll walk through the complete scope of work, confirm your selections, and ensure every detail of your kitchen or bath remodel is exactly as planned.

With everything approved and your deposit placed, your project officially moves from design into build. Our team will coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation logistics to prepare for a smooth and organized start to construction.
