Mattapan Zip Trip Features Norfolk Hardware & Home Center
On Friday, August 9th, Ben Rosen of Norfolk Hardware & Home Center was featured on WFXT Boston 25 News as a vendor at Mattapan’s Zip Trip, a sponsored event that travels to different Massachusetts communities and features local businesses and community pillars, in an effort to build awareness about all each community has to offer.

Ben Rosen, Vice President & General Manager of Norfolk Hardware, spoke about Norfolk’s history in Mattapan, from the original store his great-grandparents opened on Norfolk Street to the newly remodeled store on Morton Street. Norfolk Hardware & Home Center is currently celebrating its 85th anniversary, kicking off with an anniversary celebration on September 21, 2019 from 11 AM – 4 PM. This event is free and open to the public, featuring celebrities such as KISS 108’s Billy Costa, Mayor Marty Walsh, Celebrity Chef Andy Husbands, and more.
